  • We were first time home buyers and were recommended to have Amanda be our realtor. We were pleased from the first interview to even past our closing. Shes very attentive and was always there to answer our questions. She would constantly get ahold of people to make sure things kept rolling. The only reason we got our house is because she got ahold of another realtor who just had a house go back on the market the same day and wasn't even posted. That's our house now! We wouldn't have been able to do it without her. She's seriously so sweet and the best. Would recommend to anyone and everyone ♡♡♡

  • I have been dealing with Amanda for a couple years now! She helped me sell an income property I had and then worked so hard with us to find a home for us to purchase! I can not say enough about her! She is exceptionally thorough and incredibly detailed! She kept us updated on everything happening, explaining everything as we went through both processes!   • Your Review My husband and I moved our family here from Utah and began staying with family. We had a goal of 6 months to move into a house and lots of other wish list items. Amanda was very attentive, paid attention to what we were looking for. We told her our budget but then would request to see houses in a higher price range, we were impressed with her friendly reminder of our requested budget and happy to see she wasn't looking to push us into something she knew, per our initial conversation, we weren't in a situation to purchase. Amanda was kind to our kids even when they got a little crazy when viewing homes. She was fun to work with and had a great open personality, We enjoyed the time we spent with her and would consider her a friend. We highly recommend her!

  • Your Review I would recommend Amanda Hill for any one needing a realtor. When Amanda helped me list my house she had great comps and was very detailed and knowledgeable. She even advised me to list my house for more than I thought I would be able to get for it. Amanda was totally right on the price because it was under contract in 2 days! She really helped us and took the time to explain everything from contracts to the closing. Amanda was great to work with and I will be working with her again.
